As a wholly owned subsidiary of the internationally operating BOWE Group, we are responsible for the entire SEE region from our base in Austria.

The BOWE Group, part of the Lübeck-based POSSEHL corporate group, is today one of the world’s leading providers of intelligent automation solutions, with a strong focus on mail processing (high-performance inserting systems and card mailing systems) as well as a rapidly growing presence in intralogistics, supported by several production sites.

For many decades, automation solutions for the processing and dispatch of documents, plastic cards, passports, and letters have been optimizing processes in what are known as mailrooms. Here in Austria, we also offer pre- and post-processing systems for digital printing as a full-service solution provider, along with comprehensive service following successful installation. A team of experienced mechatronics engineers, together with our significantly expanded spare parts warehouse at our Vienna location, ensures maximum availability of all our installations throughout Austria and the entire SEE region.

Our modular sorting systems enable fully automated processing. Their space-saving design, wide processing range, and diverse adaptation and application possibilities make our sorting systems efficient and scalable intralogistics solutions. They form the heart of every sorting center and, with various sorting technologies tailored to customer requirements, ensure fast and highly efficient task execution. In-house software developments based on our own modular merchandise management system allow for maximum flexibility when connecting to customer systems—from PLC to API. The portfolio of our software specialists at IQ ranges from machine control (HMI) to integration solutions in warehouse management, always with a focus on delivering a positive user experience through intuitive operation and safety.
